Since 1988, the MCA Trusts have provided health care and retirement benefits for the employees and eligible dependents of participating Montana Contractors' Association (MCA) employers. The MCA Trusts are the “Provider of Choice” for Montana’s construction industry, offering cost effective and competitive benefits for our member companies. The quality and value of our benefit programs allow MCA Trusts participating members to attract and retain the best people for the job.
